In this post we will define the content of the contact page, the customer reviews page and the Landings pages that are focused on acquiring organic traffic.

 

Remember that in previous posts we have defined the content of the pages focused on selling and buying properties.

 

All this content has been made by the OOPTIMO team (a digital marketing consulting based in Barcelona).

 

 

Contact – real estate website

We start with the contact page.

 

It must contain the telephone, email and location of each of the agency offices.

 

But the most important thing will be the form contact, and not only will we have to show it on this page, but it must be visible throughout the web.

 

It will also be very interesting to have a chat application to instantly solve possible user doubts.

 

Naturally, the objective of this page will be the acquisition of customer leads.

 

 

 

Customer reviews – real estate website

Now we see the page where we will show the customer reviews.

 

We must keep in mind that the customer reviews are a fundamental asset for any real estate agency since they have a huge impact on the confidence transmitted to the users, directly affecting the conversion of the business.

 

For this reason, the website must value customer reviews on an exclusive page.

 

And it will also be interesting to show the opinions on all those pages that have a high impact on the conversion, such as the HOME page.

 

In order to generate more transparency, we can show the opinions of sites such as: Google My Business, Facebook or Truspilot.

 

But to go a step further, the ideal is to have videos of customers where they explain their own experience.

 

In conclusion, we can say that the objective of this page is to improve the user’s confidence towards the real estate agency, thus increasing the possibility that the user will eventually become a customer.

 

 

 

Landings to improve SEO – real estate website

Through creating multiple landings of geolocated keywords we will increase the organic traffic captured on google, and it will be traffic located in the cities of the landings.

 

For example, a landing could be:

  • Real Estate + City
  • Price of apartments + City

All these landings share the same structure in the design, but each of them has a specific content about the city in question. So they can be created scalable in a short period of time.
