Content of a real estate agency website (2)

14 November, 2019

In this publication we will talk about the content of those web pages of a real estate agency focused on acquiring the client who wants to buy a home.

To make this publication, from OOPTIMO digital marketing consultancy, we have analyzed more than 50 web pages of the sector.

Property Finder – real estate website

The first relevant page for a customer who wants to buy is the “Property Finder”.

Although the acquiring place of a client that wants to buy is in the real estate portals (marketplaces), it is also important that on the real estate agency website we have a property finder with all the available properties.

In design aspects, the search engine should be easy to use, with the aim of providing the user with a positive search experience.

The objective of this page is to facilitate the user’s search for the property.

The property – real estate website

In the same line of the “property finder”, we also have the property page, where the house must be described accurately and completely, since the user who is really interested will take that information into account.

As for the visual elements, it is essential to publish high quality images, with photographs taken by professionals.

In addition, any extra visual information that we can show to the user will be positively valued, such as:

  • 3D Rendering
  • Virtual tours
  • Videos with drones
  • Virtual decoration
  • Etc

And obviously, the page must contain a contact form for lead capture either to request more information or to make a visit.

Thus, the objective of this page is clearly the acquisition of leads of the client that wants to buy.

Alerts – real estate website

The next page to highlight is the alerts page.

The page is an application of alerts for the publication of new homes according to the user search characteristics.

The interesting thing about this page is that through the user registration we will be capturing the lead of a possible client, since we will have their contact details and also their search preferences.

So the objective of this page will be, on the one hand, to facilitate the user’s search for the property and, on the other, to capture leads of potential buyer customers.

Educational Guide – real estate website

It is also very important to have a page about education.

It is an educational guide about the whole process of buying a property, explaining all the steps to follow, and especially highlighting those parts where the clients usually have more doubts.

We must keep in mind that for the clients it is the most important economic transaction of their life, a process that they have never done before and therefore they have many doubts.

The objective of this page will be to provide knowledge of value to the user.

In addition, if we help them solve their doubts, we will be improving their confidence towards the real estate agency.

In the next article we will continue talking about the content of the different pages of a real estate agency website.

Thank you,
