With this volume of visits, we see through data the potential of these marketplaces for the purchase and sale of homes.

 

In fact, according to a Fotocasa study:

 

84% of people who buy or want to buy initially consult real estate marketplaces.

 

The buyer navigates through the marketplaces to get an idea of ​​how the market is (what type of house they could buy with their available budget). It is at that moment of search where the contact between the client and the real estate agency occurs.

 

For this reason, for many years now it has become an obligation for all real estate agencies to be in these marketplaces.
